About the event
These retreat events are designed to give maxium benefit of relaxation, calm a busy head and allow you to drift away and let go .....true relaxation
Self-care is often neglected as there is always someone else who needs your time and energy more. These events will create personal space, to lay back and relax. There is a welcome goodie bag and a non-alcohol Christmas refreshments at the end of the event, with a fire pit outside to enjoy the environment.
